In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "98pk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 98pk online gaming platform accessible at https://98pk.club and all associated services, software, and content delivered thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 98pk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on 98pk through which the Player accesses platform services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), comprising deposited funds, credited bonuses, and any accrued winnings, less any amounts wagered or withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 98pk under any active promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via an approved payment method and credited to the Player's Account balance, excluding all Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other outcome offered through the 98pk platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required of Players in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations and 98pk's internal compliance procedures.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to or use of 98pk is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, live casino tables, promotional schemes, customer support, payment processing, and all other features made available through the 98pk platform.

By accessing the 98pk platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming any Bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions are made available in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements between 98pk and the Player.

Players acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that 98pk provides its Services for entertainment purposes. 98pk makes no representation that use of the platform will result in financial gain for any Player.

To register and maintain an Account on 98pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 98pk strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your local laws permit use of online gaming services prior to registration.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 98pk Account. Only one Account is permitted per individual, per IP address, and per household address.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 98pk or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each Player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any other person to access your Account, or use another Player's Account under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 98pk immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 98pk will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or failed to notify 98pk promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.

• Players must keep their registered contact details (email address and mobile number) current and accurate at all times.
• Account transfers between Players are strictly prohibited. No Account may be sold, gifted, transferred, or pledged as security.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 98pk support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure in accordance with standard timelines.
• 98pk reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at its absolute discretion and without prior notice to the Player.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 200, deducted from any remaining Balance, until the Balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account.

98pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 98pk reserves the right to return any deposit it reasonably believes originated from a third-party source and to close the Account pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that can be verified as belonging to the registered Player. 98pk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous e-wallets, or any account whose ownership cannot be verified.

98pk offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 98pk promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, subject to the one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account closure.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited.
• 98pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use by a Player.
• Wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met using Real Money Funds bets. Bets placed entirely with Bonus Funds do not count towards wagering requirements unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Maximum bet sizes whilst using Bonus Funds may be restricted. Bets exceeding the specified maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.

All Wagers placed on 98pk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports betting market. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these rules prior to placing any Wager. The following general betting conditions apply across all 98pk services:

• A Wager is confirmed only upon the Platform generating a confirmation reference. Network errors, connection failures, or browser issues occurring prior to confirmation do not constitute a valid Wager.
• Once confirmed, Wagers cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the Player except where an explicit cash-out facility is offered and the Player exercises it within the permitted window.
• 98pk reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event or outcome that is subsequently established to have been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the result determined by the official governing body, league, or game provider shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per game and per betting market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and may be varied by 98pk at any time without prior notice.
• 98pk reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any Player at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to Players identified as professional or advantage gamblers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98pk platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account Balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity through the 98pk platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or betting systems. Any winnings generated as a result of such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards 98pk staff or other Players via any channel.
• Attempting to access the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other location-masking technology.
• Placing Wagers on behalf of third parties or operating any form of betting syndicate through a 98pk Account.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 98pk platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, audio, and video materials, are the exclusive property of 98pk or its licensed content providers and game suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; create derivative works based on any platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or use any 98pk trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pk's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

98pk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind, even if 98pk has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruptions to platform access caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 98pk's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from Account compromise due to inadequate credential security.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any third-party data, statistics, or information displayed on the platform for informational purposes.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank transfer intermediary.

98pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Player base. The platform enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years and provides every registered Player with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before implementation.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications can be enabled to display net session activity at regular intervals chosen by the Player.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may elect to suspend their Account for a defined short-term period (24 hours to 30 days) during which no deposits, wagers, or bonus claims may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and the Player is prevented from creating any new 98pk Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

98pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under the age of 21.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Conduct that 98pk reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.

Upon Account closure for cause, 98pk reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

A Player wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 98pk support. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests, which will be processed in accordance with standard timelines.

98pk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to 98pk's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data provided by Players is used exclusively for the purposes of operating the 98pk platform, processing transactions, conducting KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance checks, providing customer support, and communicating promotions where the Player has opted in to marketing communications. 98pk does not sell Player data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Such requests will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98pk holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of either party raising the dispute in writing, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

98pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the registered email address on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.

Following notification of any amendment, continued use of the 98pk platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes the Player's full acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.

The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible on the 98pk platform. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
